Sample data flow

THE SALES ARE THERE. BUT DO THEY SHOW UP IN YOUR REPORTS?

With incomplete data,
it’s hard to back the right ad.

The orders in your store don’t always match the results in Ads Manager. Privacy restrictions and broken customer journeys can hide where a sale really came from.

The result? You might switch off an ad that’s working and send your budget to the wrong place.

Your ad platform’s pixel is guessing.

Meta loses track of your customers after the first click. Its AI ends up optimizing on incomplete data.

90%+

Of its repeat orders, over 90% went unseen.

What it costs you

Wrong ad decisions. Incomplete AI data. A higher cost for every customer.

Sample scenario: the figures in this section come from an illustrative store and show common tracking gaps. Real results vary from store to store.

WHAT MAKES LUMON TRACK DIFFERENT

No UTM setup. No copy-pasting.

Tracking needs UTM parameters on every ad link, and most store owners don’t know how to set them up. Other tools hand you a template to paste into Meta yourself. Lumon Track does it for you.

The usual way

  • Build UTM parameters by hand
  • Paste them into every ad
  • Fix them whenever you launch something new
  • Hope nothing was missed

With Lumon Track

  • Connect your Meta account once
  • Lumon checks your active ads
  • Missing UTM codes are generated automatically
  • New campaigns work without extra effort
01

Automatic UTMs

Missing parameters are created for your active ads. You don’t build anything by hand.

02

Multi-layered server-side tracking

Data is processed server-side, not only in the browser. Visit, click and purchase are connected, closing the data gap the pixel leaves.

03

Spend and revenue per ad

Lumon pulls ad spend from Meta, so revenue and cost sit side by side for every ad.

Currently for Meta ads and Shopify stores. IP addresses are anonymized.

SEE WHERE EVERY SALE COMES FROM

Behind every order
is a customer journey.

A CALL ABOUT YOUR STORE

Let’s uncover the real source
of your sales together.

Let’s talk about your store and your ad goals, and work out together how Lumon Track could fit your business.

Pick a day and time that suits you from the calendar.

Questions you might have.

About setup, reports and the call.

What does Lumon Track do?

It links the purchases in your store to ad touchpoints so you can see how many orders and how much revenue each ad brought in. It also supports sending captured conversion data to Meta.

What will we talk about on the call?

We’ll talk about your store, your ad goals and how you track sales today. Together we’ll assess whether Lumon Track is a good fit and what the setup would look like.

How does the call work?

Pick a day and time in the calendar. The call takes place online via Google Meet; your personal meeting link is included in your booking confirmation.

Can I use it with my Shopify store?

Yes. Right now Lumon Track works with Shopify stores and Meta ads. More channels are on our roadmap.

Do I need to change my current ads?

No. Lumon Track checks your active Meta ads and adds missing UTM parameters automatically. If something needs your attention, we’ll tell you.

Why might Meta and Lumon Track show different numbers?

The attribution model, the reporting window and the touchpoints each platform can see can all lead to different results. You need to compare the same date range with the relevant attribution settings.

Are the numbers on this page real customer results?

The numbers in the animations and tables are example scenarios that explain how the system works. They are not real customer results or a guarantee of any performance improvement.

What does it cost?

You’ll find every plan in the pricing section above: Lumon Spark $49.99/month, Lumon Flow $129.99/month, Lumon Pulse $249.99/month. Every plan comes with a 90-day free trial; afterwards you continue with the plan that matches your store revenue. Requesting a call is not a purchase.
